How to order

To order online from Sweet Lilly Designs, simply visit the item pages you're interested in and add them to your shopping cart. When you're ready to check out, you can then add any personalisation details to your order such as names and monograms. When you're finished shopping, click "Check out" and fill in your contant details. You will then be given a set of instructions for payment.

Your shopping cart contains all the items you have placed in it. You can remove items from the cart, or add quantities. Your order total is calculated automatically. When you're ready to check out, click the "Check Out" button.

Payment options

Credit Card
Sweet Lilly Designs uses Paymate to process all our credit card orders and ensure the security of your credit card details. Paymate's Secure Sockets Layer encryption ensures you a safe shopping environment so you can be comfortable shopping with us. Sweet Lilly Designs does not have access to your credit card information.

Postage rates

Postage and handling is $12.00 for goods to a maximum weight of 15kg within Australia. We offer FREE postage for orders over $200.

Delivery Times

All orders are sent via registered mail and are sent in a timely manner. Most orders are shipped within 14 days of payment. Credit card payment is immediate, whereas cheques and direct deposits can take a few days to clear. Orders that require customisation such as embroidered names or monograms will be shipped in 21 days. If you have any questions about your order, contact us at sales@sweetlilly.com.au.

Returns and refunds

We will gladly exchange/refund faulty goods if returned within 7 days of purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns on embroidered or custom made orders. We also do not refund/exchange for change of mind.
