fee for each order is $6.00

Methods:
We accept payment via
the following methods:
PAYPAL
CREDIT CARD:
We accept credit card payments through PayPal. There is no need to sign
up to PayPal, you can instead enter credit card details as with any other
credit card purchase if choose to. We recommend you clear any cookies on
your computer before paying via PayPal to avoid any difficulties. To do
so, right click "Internet" on your menu bar in an open Internet
Explorer page, then "Properties" and select "Delete Cookies".
If you are still having trouble, please make contact via telephone so that
I can help you with placement of your order. Please note we DO NOT pass
on any PayPal fees to customers in any event.
DIRECT DEPOSIT:
Orders must be paid for within 48 hours unless alternative arrangements
have been made with us prior. Please notify us when you have made your payment.
If we have not heard from you within 48 hours we will assume you no longer
wish to proceed with your order and will return any items back to stock.
All payments must be cleared before any orders are sent out. Please contact
us for bank account details. Please contact
us with order details and bank account details for use of this method.
Wholesale:
All prices quoted on
this website are retail prices. We welcome the opportunity to have our items
for sale in selected retail outlets. If you would like to stock Sweet Lilly
Designs products please contact us and we would
be happy to discuss with you.
Privacy:
At Sweet Lilly Designs
we respect your privacy and as such, your personal details will be kept
safe and confidential at all times. They will not be disclosed, exchanged
or sold unless otherwise required by law and will only be used to process
your order.
Pricing:
All pricing is in Australian
Dollars (AUD). Pricing may be subject to change at any time at our discretion
and without notice.
Refunds
& Exchanges:
If for any reason
you are not satisfied with your products purchased from Sweet Lilly
Designs you can return it within 7 days of the original purchase date.
There will be
no refunds available for embroidered products, unless of course there
is a definite fault with the item, but no refund for change of mind
as these items have been custom made for your individual order.
The customer will
be responsible for all costs incurred with regards to postage. If
a refund is approved, no postage costs will be refunded and the customer
is responsible for the postage costs on return.
All returns must
be unused and with tags intact where applicable.
We do not return
for change of mind. If an item is faulty or a description is misleading
or inaccurate we will gladly accept a return of the item less any
discounts applied to the original order.
